1. ORDER, PAY & COLLECT A PAGER

A customer places their order, makes card (ideally contact-less) payment and is given a pager with a unique number.

2. PREPARE ORDER, NOTIFY CUSTOMER

Once the order is ready the pager will 'flash' and vibrate to inform the customer that they can collect their food from the servery.

3. COLLECT THE ORDER & RETURN THE PAGER

The customer collects the order relevant to the pager number and then deposits the pager at the collection point (where it is sanitised for future use).
